Quick Question. I was just wondering how many cars a single Officer allowed to pull over at a given time? The other night myself and 4 of my buddies all got pulled over when we were parked in a parking lot, we were parked all throughout the lot not in a group. Also if the office is accusing you of doing something and they say that they have pictures to prove it and you ask to see the photos do they not have to show the photos? Thank You |
how can you get "pulled over" if you guys were already parked :fulloffuck: did he state a reason as to why he was "stopping" all of you guys ? And if you got nothing to hide..then you got nothing to worry about right ? ;) |
The officer can stop as many people as he wants at one time. In terms of presenting evidence, he has to do so but only after you have requested it for court. |
Kind of difficult to say anything given that you are being intentionally vague. In my experience, when someone tries to scare you with, "I have pictures" it means they don't have shit. Whenever I have to use this line, I change it with, "here's pictures. I'm sorry, did I break your concentration?" |
