Head rebuild shops

Can anyone recommend me a good shop to rebuild the head on my car? Good quality work at decent price.

I haven't had a head rebuilt in a few years but used to go to Coq. Automotive, Heads Unlimited and Alec's

What head what needs to be done? Cleaning and resurfacing is not a rebuild but $150 isnt a terrible price for doing so.

just had a head rebuilt by alecs
Honda D16 single cam that had 2 burned exhaust valves

valve grind 285
resurface 55
replace 8 exh guides 80
8% shop supplies 30

2 ex valves 28
16 valve seals 41.60

I was quoted 400+tax. They had forgotten to add parts during quote so when i got the bill it was more then i had expected. When i contacted them about this they had realized the mistake and refunded me 65 dollars which i thought was very fair.

Turn around time was within a day, they do pick up and delivery and i was able to get the car out the door by weeks end which was important to me. I was happy with the work and the fast turn around time. I would use there services again.

Well I just dropped off my head at Alec's. It's a b18c1 head if my Integra. Now time to finish the bottom end.
