Richmond Oval...$41.xx per month...a bit expensive, but its so much more than just a gym
drop in hockey, stick and put and all the drop in classess for free makes up for the more expensive rate.
Lots of cardio machines which is nice

It has gotten WAY less busy at all times of the day now. I tried Steve Nash a few times, fuckin hated it. Too busy, no parking. Gold's always has parking, and it's never shit packed.
What time u usually go needles?

Went to north surrey rec for the first time in a while.
-no squat rack
-no barbell bench press
-1 set of dumbbells only up to 75
-1 flat bench upstairs rest are adjustable
-no pull up bar, triceps dip stand
nothing but shitty machines....completely ruined

I use to go to renfrew as well and I'd say its better. They have dumbbells heavier than 80lbs and they also have a rack.
