Before yesterday, the coin was only available to Master Club members, so maybe they forgot to enable the coin to be found on the regular site yet.

I'm not sure why, but even though I entered the code, I'm still seeing the shipping charges? I remember for the polar bear coin, the shipping charges were 0 with the code.

Just change your shipping options to regular mail and it'll be free.
