WTR: Commercial Property 300-500sq/ft
 
looking to rent a small retail type shop in vancouver, approximately 300-500 Sq/Ft.

Areas I'm looking for: Yaletown, DT waterfront, kits. In a busy area Under a residential building or near one would be ideal.

My family has also been leasing a 800Sq/Ft shop in kits for 8 years now and we renewed our lease to 15 years after our 5 year was up. So we will be looking to lease long term if the monthly is good.

damns! We just sold my dad's commercial property in YT and it would have been perfect! but just curious..does it have to be street level? or ...

It has to be street level unfortunately.
