Roadrunners Review

I wanted to swap my set of wheels but had some problems.
  1. My car cannot fit all 4 wheels
  2. I do not have a jack at home so I cannot DIY
  3. I have a back issue so DIY is out of the question
  4. I work long hours so Saturdays are the only time I can go to a shop

So with that said, I wanted to see if there were any mobile tire and wheel service. Those that will go to your house and do everything for you. Overseas Auto recommended Roadrunners. Called them on Tuesday late afternoon, scheduled for Wednesday late afternoon. Andrew Paterson came on time and did the whole job in less than 20 minutes. His truck was fully equipped with air tools. My car is lowered so a lot of floor jacks do not work, even the low profile ones. Andrew had some weird looking "black bubble" lift. It is extremely low profile and lifted my car up with ease. He was very friendly and treated my aftermarket wheels with care. He bagged my old wheels up and placed them neatly in a pile in my garage. He also double checked the torque and air pressure at the end.

Overall Roadrunners is an excellent service but they are not cheap. $100+HST to swap all 4 wheels. So this service is not for everyone. If you have the means to DIY or go to a shop, that is always the cheapest option. They take all forms of payment such as Mastercard, Visa, cash.

Used them twice in the past, both times the guy was great, same guy Tyler, not sure if he works for Jack any more. But they're legit.

Tyler has not been with Roadrunners for a couple years. He opened his own shop in richmond.

Ah yea when I spoke with him the last time he worked on my car he said he was looking to go out on his own. Which shop does he run now?
