I think Mexx, Zara, Club Monaco are horrible. Their quality and fit are just totally unacceptable. Banana Republic clothes are infinitely better in terms of quality of fabrics and fit and they don't really cost that much more (if at all in some instances) since BR is still very middle-of-the-road stuff.

Clothes are an investment and it's definitely worth to pay a bit extra to buy a quality wardrobe which will keep you comfortable and looking good for years.

PS. The indochino concept looks really neat and the prices are very good (a custom blue wool blazer for only 300 bucks!).
