P90X 2

Hi so Beachbody has created a new program based similar to P90x called the P90x 2 which was released earlier this year.

There is 12 new workouts that helps to give you that ripped athletic build.

They use such equipment as medicine balls, stability ball, and something new to me called the foam roller.

What is your take on this new program?

Thinking of starting it soon, just need to buy the equipment!

If you've done the original P90X, you'll know it's awesome,

P90X 2 looks like is sharing many similar exercises, but they are just intensified like crazy.

Seems like it would be worth it imo

Nice, didn't know there was a P90X 2. I did the first one and have kept off 50 pounds for the last two years. The workouts were getting repetitive so I stopped.
