Looking For: BlackBerry Bold 9900 Locked / Unlocked preferably originally from Rogers

Wanting to upgrade to the BlackBerry Bold 9900.
Locked or unlocked, preferably originally from Rogers.
At least 9 out of 10 condition, no major scratches or dents.
Must include the original box, manual, charger, accessories, etc.

Will pay $300.
