I watched it as well and the first show was really good, especially with the way they are tieing in both realities together.

Wasn't there a show like this that came out in the summer but only played a couple episodes? I swear I saw something with this same type of story line.

I watched the first episode as well and I was like.. "whaaaaat?! This is crazy!"
I really enjoyed the show and looking forward to the next episode. This will have to keep me entertained until some new Fringe episodes are on!

I know we have quite a few gearheads on here, did it drive you nuts when she pulled out that longass camshaft and he said it was for that old triumph?
I facepalm'ed pretty hard when they showed the bike, I was expecting some sort of project car... #carguyproblems

Overall though I think the show is really well done, good acting, production values, and direction.

and when they tried to pass this guy off as a 5'5" 17 year old I literally Lol'ed

I guess that's why he was sitting throughout the whole episode

In case you were wondering
Spoiler!

I really hope this show doesn't have some lame M. night shamylamadingdong twist

Just finished the first two episode, not bad not bad at all. I kind of wish they left us guessing which world is the real one rather than giving it out on the second episode. At least they left us another twist to think about.

I just watched the second episode on PVR. That one part with the sperm doctor donor dude reminded me of Fringe. They had a similar episode. hah.
Good show! Can't wait for the next episode!

Awake - new series

All I can say is, if it keeps up, it will be like watching a new episode of INCEPTION every week

Just watched episode 2, it's pretty cool. Better than Alcatraz that's for sure.

I hate that asian doctor though

I still have a hard time sometimes figuring out if he's in the reality where his son is dead, or where his wife is dead. Watching episode 5, I think I may have discovered a good way to tell. In one reality, where his wife is alive, there are warmer colors. In the reality where his son is alive, there are fewer colors, and more shades of grey. Or maybe it was just for this episode?

I have yet to associate one reality from another by seeing his rubberband.

Correct me if i'm wrong:
Guy shrink = wife is alive; girl shrink = son is alive.

The reality where his son is alive colors are monotone/grey, the one with his wife are brighter colors, its not just for one ep, its the going theme for the 2 realities.

It's now looking like Awake will be cancelled, the ratings have been pretty ugly, shame, interesting show.
