I'm expecting that phone too! But i heard that the new s3 will feature the same screen, pixel wise.  . The screen on the s2 is great but it still isn't comparable to the iPhone 4, 4s's Retina display. The iPhones just look alot more crisp and sharp when you view it in any angle! If it isn't coming out in April, then i recommend you to wait for the iphone 5 because it is suppose to be another "game changer"

The day iphones become as versatile as android is when I'll switch. Too many limitation on iphones IMO

All the recent Samsung phones have amoled screen. There's no way they will release the s3 with a 800x480 res screen. The pixel density won't be high enough.

my guess is just another HD SAMOLED...maybe the full-RGB version (HD SAMOLED Plus)
they should release it as 4.5"..that's the perfect size IMO

GS3 won't have a 5.3" screen though. But specs will be better in every other aspect.

I have a feeling the S3 will be better. It's almost guaranteed to have Samoled HD plus as well as quad core exynos.

my 3yr contract i signed when i got my 9700 (it JUST came out) expires this november.
using a different phone now, but just shows how unreasonably long a 3yr contract today actually is.
