Got a Ticket For Failure to Display N
i had a N sticker it looked legit all that was different was it said No Fat Chicks
and he gave me a ticket and told me to rip it off
an on my way to get a new N another cop pulled me over an gave me a ticket for the same reason i explained to him the situation but he said it was my fault ???
i see people using tape or paper that doesnt even look close to the real thing

1. Your 'N' obviosuly wasn't legit enough if it said No Fat Chicks. That is clearly not the reflective on issued by ICBC

2. Just because others displays theres incorrectly, or don't display theirs, doesn't mean you can too.

3. If you really got pulled over twice within that short amount of time for not having a proper N, you should have showed the 2nd officer your first ticket. Also, assuming you ripped it off, what was the officers reasongin for pulling you over? He can't say because you looked like you have a New Drivers licence without the magnet.

Sorry, taking 2 weeks to "on my way to get a new N" does not count.
You definitely deserved that second ticket.

Simple solution- Get a proper N sign. You don't have one you say? Then print one off HERE

You didn't have to remove your no fat chicks sticker. I seriously doubt that the police officer could have given you a ticket for specifically displaying no fat chicks.

However, you should still probably have a real N sign just to avoid putting up with any BS when you do get pulled over.

There must have been something else that attracted cops to pull over your vehicle.

as many have stated, ur "sticker" isnt reflective and is pretty much useless, you should have gotten away with the second ticket tho if you already had one

Legally speaking he was still in contravention of his licence restrictions. I'm surprised the cop didn't require the OP to either have someone deliver an official N sign to his location or find someone else to drive the car.

The no fat chicks sticker doesn't count as a legit N, and the N cut outs (drawings aren't technically legal either I think) can be used as a temporary N until you go to ICBC to get a new one. It's not about what N sign looks closest the real thing.... lol

I have the same "no fat chicks" sign but what I did was I stuck the sticker to a real N sign. Got pulled over cop gave me a ticket for improper display or some shit like that because my windows were tinted but he ended up scratching it out.
