Scoliosis

so i had an x-ray a year ago and told i had scoliosis. It didnt really bother me so i didnt pay attention to it. lately my back has been getting constant tension and stress, especially on the left side. I go through the day having the annoying tension on my left side and its starting to really take a toll on my everyday life. Tonight i checked my back in the mirror and to my surprise my left side has a big hump! im really worried right now as to what is happening to my back. i was wondering if any RS members here are experienced with scoliosis or have knowledge of it. I would appreciate the help.

see a specialist asap, seriously, its your back you're talking about..

if ur left side hurts, im assuming its curved to the left? how old are you? do you work out?

on the bright side, having scoliosis is better than kypohsis which i think is much worse
