dispute allegation

hey i was going to dispute the allegation to a ticket that i was served on march.3. does tomm april 2 land in the 30 day time frame, or have i hit day 31.

dlo 04-02-2012 01:12 AM

Count a full 30 days....

z-33 04-02-2012 01:18 AM

I'm just not sure if i count the day i received the ticket.

z-33 04-02-2012 01:25 AM

ticket says "from date of service" so I'm guessing today is day 30, just wanted to confirm.

Yeah look like u missed the deadline, gotta go to a court registry and do it now, you also have to pay an extra 25$ and do some paperwork

z-33 04-02-2012 02:03 AM

i don't think i did, imma go tomm and c what they say. i think today april.2 is day 30. i think "from" means the day after is considered day 1.

i got the ticket disputed, i guess the day after the ticket is issued is considered "day 1" unless the chick forgot that march had 31 days

you can still go and dispute it in person if its been over 30 days?

dlo 04-02-2012 03:57 PM

It's an affidavit. You must go to the courthouse, and request one. I THINK The charge's $45 atm. Then you must provide a reason, where the justice will review it and decided whether or not to grant a hearing. So it's not 100% yes.
