But I am looking for either an E36 coupe with euro spec motor (no us model junk) or an E46.

for e46, e46fanatics is somewhat active locally
m3forum is quiet for local
m3post is so-so for local but its mostly the e9x guys there

i believe vancouvereuros kinda died? im not sure havent checked there in a long while

for e36, bcbimmer and probably bimmerforums
