Where to buy write off bikes?
Does anyone know where one could go look and buy a bike that's been written off?

What's needed, i'm assuming someone with a bodyshop license can only buy?

ICBC's salvage auctions are available to any registered dealerships or repair shops that pay the yearly fee. Private people can only bid on "total theft" (no damage) units.
