The ring covers for the center of the wheel help further prevent the wheels from being stolen when mounted on the car, one wheel cover has separate holes drilled in it because one of the allen bolt got seized so it had to be drilled out.

I'm not going to lie to you, these wheels aren't in good condition (I would rate them 5/10), there are curb marks and clear coat on paint partially coming off on some wheels, HENCE CHEAP price including tires.
