2010 Mazda 6 GT V6 Issues, anyone?

Can anyone pinpoint the cause of these issues?

1) High Pitch Noise

I've already had the fuel pump replaced but after a couple of days the noise came back and even louder this time, any thoughts?

2) Engine Tapping/Ticking Noise

Weird ticking noise from the engine.. if you watch the video, the tapping/ticking noise would increase until it hits a peak...then it goes away and starts the cycle once again. The time interval between the cycles is about 2 minutes as seen on the video link below. It peaks and goes away at 2:41, restarts the cycle and goes away again at 4:29.
