Jetta trunk unable to close, and other problems

The VW Jetta is year 2000 and recently I havn't been able to close its trunk.

There is also this other problem that the whole car pulls backward whenever I accelerate on a green light. I did take it to a shop and they said that problem was fixed. I thought it did but after a while it started again. anyone know a good mechanic for Jettas?

Also,if I wanted to get another pair of car keys, would VW dealers have them for sell?

I like the car but recently I feel like switching to a newer one or get a C230 from a coworker. Hope the problems can be fixed without much trouble.

Appreciate any help

latches could be adjusted

Take it to IB motors at the bottom of Oak Street and speak with Ingo.
