Well it was Federal Govt....maybe there was a delay in translating it into our "second official language"?

Because nobody else takes the time to understand... they half-read the article, then read what everyone else is saying (usually incorrect to begin with), then jump straight to the worst - and goofiest - conclusion their little minds can invent, because of course, everyone really is out to get them.
