As far as I'm aware, Costco in the US sells them in their cafeteria. Not sure about Canadian Costcos though.

No churros at Costcos here. But the ones at the US Costcos suck anyway.
Go to Jack in the Box... their churros are yummy.

I'm not a big fan of churros but when my family heads down south of the border for shopping, their pick is Jack In the Box for churros over Costco's.

Taco Del Mar sells Churros as well.
I was in Texas working a couple years ago and they brought in Mexican food. By god the best damm Churros I have had in my life. They filled them with chocolate and caramel and just melted in your mouth...
Fuck you I want them again....

There are sorry excuses for what they call a Churros available at Rogers Arena for marked up prices ... after eating one of those I have been super cautious of getting it anywhere north of the border ever again ... |

Yup at the Arena for Canucks games they sell it!
They even have the caramel stuffed ones at the arena....
But they are always cooked for too long not the same as fresh ones
PLAYLAND! Always have fresh ones.
