which end is the liquid coming out of?

If it's spewing from your face, then ginger helps. If you are having an anal explosion every 10 minutes, best of luck to you.

Drink lots of water

Not much you can do, just get rid of all the nastiness. Drink lots of water and just keep spewing it out. Be thankful you're not also puking.
