Recommend me a sun deck company

Hi,

I want my sun deck replaced. Please recommend a good company that could give me a free estimate.

Thanks,
Matt

Yes please. I have an old one that is pretty beat up and is leaking in some areas. I also think it is leaking around one of the beams supporting the metal roof above.

It's just being covered with some poly at the moment.

I met with these guys a year ago, and liked him. Seemed knowledgable and ready to go on having it done.

We didn't end up getting it done last year, but need to this year, as some of the outdoors is now joining us inside

Does anyone know the value of the following?

-30' x 8' vinyl deck, new plywood, fireproof insulation under the half which has a living space underneath
-new wooden railing fence around deck (8' + 8' + 30')
-new outdoor staircase going about 10' down

One guy originally quoted $10,000 but says he now has some downtime and is willing to break for $8,000

I still have no idea of the value these things
