someone mentioned it earlier but we really need to start giving our younger guys a shot rather than continuing to buy plugs. i swear, sometimes it seems like every other team does this but the canucks.

I like Ebbett's play but he's so freaking tiny. Give him credit though, he has had some clutch goals for us during the season.

Sending Schroeder down is a brutal call in my opinion. The only thing Ebbet has on Schroeder is NHL experience, Schroeder is a far more skilled player in my opinion.
Ebbet is 5'9", 174lbs, Schroeder is 5'8", 175lbs. Not a whole lot of size difference.
With this, it seems like the kid will never get a chance. Can't be good for his confidence.

Schroeder can't even play at a competitive level in the AHL what makes you think he can be better in the NHL?
