Simple pleasure: Twist-style soft serve ice cream I know Costco serves this. Used to love when I could get this from McD's...but sadly this is not to be anymore. They only have vanilla. No chocolate. Any other locations you guys know of? |
dairy queen? |
The place at Aberdeen with the soft serve matcha is pretty good. |
What about dannys screamers.. Don't they use that as a base for their screamers? |
I miss the days where mcds had twist cones. I remember i went one day to find out they discontinued it... :tears: |
oh well. im happy with the costco one for now. |
Omg. Costco soft serve ice cream. :sweetjesus: |
the best was when macdonalds had a bunch of other flavours.. they had this orange one back in the day (in the states) that tasted like creamsicles.. :D I think costco is the only place i've seen the twist cone as well. |
I know you're looking for the classic "vanilla-chocolate" twist, but if you're feeling adventurous, try the maple twist soft serve ice cream at Anny's Dairy Bar in New Westminster. |
You got me craving for one now.... |
New Ikea at Richmond has one. |
TWIST! Not just vanilla soft serve :) |
"Primetime Chicken and Chinese Food" - 416 Main Street, Vancouver If you feel adventurous swing by this joint near Main and Hastings, they sell twist soft serve ice cream. According to all the junkies who crave sweets when they are high as a kite it's good stuff! |

It's more of an afternoon family trip since you can pick berries off the farm. I also remember a sandwich shop on Seymour by Dunsmuir called Beentoo or something that had it as well but I don't know if they still exist. |
