Smart/Ergonomic funitures, where to buy?

Things like this,
TROMSÖ Loft bed frame with desk top - Twin - IKEA

saving space,efficiency. any good ones locally? online sites? US?

OP you kind answered your own question - IKEA.

IMO it's one of the better places for decent, modern good priced furniture.

My cousin who lives in a 3xx sqft shoebox in Manhattan has this. Very efficient IMO. If I don't already have a good desk, I'd buy a set.

Bunk Beds, Futons, Mattresses, Platform Beds, Sofa Beds

They don't come with the desk but you could buy one your self and put it underneath
