Beach Volleyball Courts

So me and my friends have been playing alot of beach volleyball and weve been playing alot of it at Jericho/Spanish Banks. But right now the drive is getting alil bit long for most of us to drive, especially for my friends who get off late from work.

Anyways is there any vball courts in the Vancouver/Burnaby/NewWest area we could play on? The only criteria im looking for is that theres sand. If theres already built in post that would be great, but we do have a vball net with post if we need it.

TIA

i think Richmond has one.. 6Pack Beach - Vancouver's Indoor Beach Volleyball Destination

but on the point of vball.. can you guys tell me what goes on, on sundays at boundary and 49th. Many people and vball nets are setup at that park.

I drove by that location about 2 weeks ago ..

TIA

The Sports park at Coquitlam Town Centre has 3 sand/beach vball courts side by side. Thats always a fun place to go during the summer....especially for the view.

That is a grass vball league on Wed and Thursday nights, with volleyball BC I think.

Should check out www.tfcvolleyball.net if you are interested in playing leagues or tournies

I play at Semiahmoo HS right across from Softball City in South Surrey. They just built two more and now have a total of 4 courts. Sand is awesome.

Since this is a volleyball related thread, I'm just wondering if I can join anyone that plays outdoor volleyball on grass at any parks in the lower mainland ?
