Akira Toriyama is directing this movie, its suppose to take place between the ending of DBZ and the end of the Boo saga

ummm... as far as I know, He hasn't been involved with anything DRAGON BALL related since DBZ ended...

thats why emphasis on Akira Toriyama coming back to this is such a big deal

id prefer they make a film occurring before frieza think they got a little too carried away with the super super super saiyans etc and powers that can destroy universes; Hell I'd love a new Dragonball movie (kid goku)
