Suggestions for Caramel delicacies

My friends birthday is coming up and she really likes anything with caramel. I was hoping to purchase a few local or tasty candy/treats with caramel and ship it to her in Hong Kong for her birthday.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Or what is your favorite caramel candy or treats?

Also it has to be something that can last for more than 10 days since I did think about buying some local chocolate/caramel from Thomas Haas but they'd probably expire before they get there lol

Thanks.

it won't expire, but it will melt. esp during summer... good luck with that man.

Is there a good salted caramel ice cream in town?

For the best salted caramel gelato, please check out bella gelateria at 1001 West Cordova Street, Vancouver, BC

At work one of the bosses brought in a big tub of this Chocolate Salted Caramel Mini-Biscotti that was DELICIOUS. I am not a fan of sweets, but the mix of salt and caramel in that was amazing. I devoured pretty much the entire tub of it myself over the course of a few weeks.

I am guessing it might have been from Costco.

Edit: looks like it was this
