was out at pacific this weekend with WMRRA working the corners (lawl)
that was good times. wish i had my bike with me for a taste of racing though haha.

i think next year i'm going to join up with them and race the 400.. i'm in a bit of an odd spot for classing though.. there is no 400 class, and i'm too old for the modern classes.. so i'll probably be in with the vintage classes.. should be good times.

WMRRA is definitely the place to join racing. Don't get me wrong I support 100% for WMRC but in terms of track size, skills, speed and track side support - WMRRA provides everything better.

Were you on duty when the SS Supersport series expert group went out?

i worked all day sat and sun. so yeah, pretty likely.

i was at turn 7 for sat and 2 for sun. actives at both.

cleared out the novice on the outside of turn 2 like 1-2 laps from the end. felt bad for him..
sounded like he had transmission problems going into the corner and straight into the sand.

i was shaking my head at the formula ultra group when they wanted to change to wet tires when it started spitting.. it was like a couple drops/foot every couple seconds... and they made is sound like it was a flash downpour and there was standing water everywhere lol.

any water that made it to the track evaporated almost immediately...

RCMP confirm a motorcyclist has been killed in a crash eastbound on Highway One at Prest Road. The highway is closed there until further notice.

Drove past it the accident site between Annis and Prest road heading into Abby. Didn't see the vehicles involved or the ambulances tho there were about 10 RCMP vehicles there doing the investigation and collision reconstruction. They had shut down the eastbound at Prest road with traffic backed up to Vedder.
