if it bent in from a drop DO NOT bend it back. That should be last resort if thats what it has to take to make it ride able. For such a important aspect of the bike you should not fuck around with the chance of it becoming even less strong/crack when you bend it back, imagine if it breaks mid ride! Just keep it where it bent or get new pegs asap.

gdoh try finding the schematic of the part you are talking about, its online for sure just gotta do the digging. Then you can know what part you are missing or if you just need a new set all together

DO NOT bend it back!

The part itself has suffered stress/trauma. Any more would cause bigger problems!

Fuck me sideways... never lane splitting again

Reminder to ride safe yall, its been great weather lately

Who is at fault if lets say its a red light and traffic is stopped still, you on a motorcycle can fit in between a parked car and a idle car to go into the far right lane. As you do the maneuver some one on the left lane opens the door and you hit it. If its stopped like that is it lane splitting? I mean if it is in between a parked car shouldn't it be their fault for not checking? I say this because there are cars with different widths, a smart car can fit in between places more readily than a Countach.

who says lane splitting doesn't go for parked cars? I think it would be your fault if not 50/50.

So if a smart car were to do the same maneuver the smart car would be at fault if not 50/50?

Drew up what i mean in case i wasnt being clear

Sorry for the proportions, the space inbetween the parked car and the car with the door open is obviously a little tighter.

The smart car/bike is trying to turn right, and can fit in between the idle and parked car. The green line jutting out of the second idle car is a rear passenger opening the door therefore causing the bike/smartcar to hit it.

For some reason in my head I can see a bike being at fault/5050, but a smart car not being at fault. But if I say a smart car is not a fault then why the hell would a bike be?

Hey everyone,

I'm buying some parts off of ronayers.com, if anyone needs OEM parts and wants to add in their order with mine to save on shipping, let me know

I'd like to make the order some time this weekend.

Ronayers.com Ron Ayers Motorsports
Great savings off of dealership prices whose markups are huge, I'm saving nearly $100 on a $400 order.

I would say the bike would be at fault...I can honestly say that I lane split when speed is idle or slow, but if anything were to happen, it would definitely be the rider's fault
