what's a nice fancy place for breakfast?

My mom wants to go somewhere fancy for her bday, that offers a great breakfast.. She was thinking about pan Pacific cafe but I dunno, are there better places out there?

pan pacific brunch; don't bother with hotel Vancouver tho. book ahead and see if they could make smth special.

Truffle House in West Vancouver. Nice cafe, gorgeous location, terrific food.

i dunno about fancy.. but sophie's cosmic cafe is always a good choice if you haven't been there before. unique decor and good food.

The Boathouse, I've only gone to the Kits one, excellent people watching at the beach, book a window seat.
Food ....... 9/10

The Oakwood Canadian Bistro

the BEST brunch I've had in Vancouver! Beats out your over priced $30 eggs benedict for sure I'd recommend this place to anyone!
