Rear bumper scratched - seek advice

I had my first little accident today in my Q5, and I was wondering are there any recommend auto body and how much will it take for this to get fix?

I'm think going to Richmond auto body, but open for suggestion.

There's no dent, just some paint damage and the rear bumper light has a crack.

Thanks

Ugh. Boyd is a rs sponsor, and did a good job on my rear bumper. Had someone else not been paying for it, I would have just used some touch up paint myself. It was similar to your damage. My car has been hit 6 or more times since moving to van 2 years ago, and the one time the damage was fixed was when I caught the fucking cocksucker actually hit it, and got photos of it. The best suggestion I can make is fix it yourself and don't waste your money. Someone will just fucking hit it again next week. So many disrespectful assholes who can't drive in this city.

I have had a great experience from boyd richmond as well. I suggest giving them a try.
I was quite picky since it was my Silvia getting painted, but they were still able to impress me with the work they did and communication was great.

Are you fucking stupid? My car has been hit. Not me hitting cars. That means someone hit me. Sorry I can't drive my parked car to your standards.

The long term way is to get a new bumper if there is a crack. If you decide to just to repaint.. get a receipt.. as chances are the paint will peel after a few years.

^The good shops out there will warranty their work for life. As long as it is a defect and not from another impact or something.

With nearly all shops around (even franchises do that now) that offer a "discounted" / cash rate.. that option won't get you any warranty. .

For that price the of the repaint, I rather go through comprehensive for $300 since it won't hit your claim scale.

Got quoted $725 from a Surrey auto body, include rear bumper light replace. (without getting rear bumper light replace is $450)

My car paint is tricoat, so its that a fair price?

Still waiting till Tuesday to get more price quote.
