FR: Looking for roommate
 

this is a longshot..but I wouldn't mind trying here

Fully furnished room in a downtown apartment close to Robson and Jervis. We are looking for a clean, friendly and quiet working individual immediately, preferably in their 20s, working or going to school.

The room is approximately 200ft and features a single bed, small table and lots of closet space. You will have your own washroom. Wireless internet and hydro included. In Suite Washer/Dryer

- A bustop is just outside our building!
- 15 minute walk to closest Skytrain station
- Many restaurants, bars, and groceries within 5 minute walking distance
- Building has a gym, entertainment room and 24hour concierge and security
- Parking can be rented within the building. (typically around $70-$90)

We are a friendly couple with a housecat. So if you love pets, this could be perfect for you.

We are looking to let out almost immediately given the right candidate. Bookings for viewings available on weekday evenings and weekends. Serious inquires only.

Rent is $750 including utilities. 50% deposit required.
