As one of the leading Western Canada's food import & distribution company continue to grow in the Ethnic FMCG segment, we are seeking a driven individual to join our team to bring quality and authentic taste to the Canadian consumers.


MISSION

The Key Account Manager is to improve our company's position, results and market share with his(her) Key Account(s).

Externally: Develop and maintain a preferred relationship with his(her) assigned customers through proactively and effectively identifying mutual opportunities, developing and aligning objectives and successfully implementing plans (short and long term).

RESPONSABILITIES
•Develop business and sales plan , through comprehensive account and market knowledge
•Proactively manage Company's listings, to maximize distribution and visibility
•Ensure Company's competitiveness and profitability while respecting National/Regional guidelines and internal processes and timelines
•Obtain maximum visibility and sales through devising, implementing and participating in activities that will provide the highest ROI while achieving brand /format exposure and objectives
•Proficient in all aspects of the business, supporting peers and seeking better ways of accomplishing tasks
•Timely and accurate updates/submissions of all pertinent internal and external requests through the use of company processes and tools
•Participation in industry events and customers events
•Developing and maintaining relationships at all levels throughout the accounts
•Maximize trade $'s, get biggest bang for your buck at account
•Strive to be category captain, be looked on as go to supplier at account
•Be the expert on specific account, know what it takes to achieve the goals
•Communicate to all levels of organization, especially to field team for executional purposes
•Support customer service, supply chain and demand planning in account communication


PROFILE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

Experience:
•Min. 3-4 years as in Sales capacity
•Experience preferably in the Food industry; expertises in other segment is also valued.

Education: Post Secondary
