Good Wine Store

So I'm looking to have a specific wine brought in from the States and unfortunately none of the liquor stores near me are able to help. Do any of you have a place you like to go to that's able to import random wines that you otherwise can't normally get?

I'm looking at buying a case worth of 2011 Willamette Valley Vineyards Riesling, in case it matters.

Give the wine store at Metrotown a call.

There's also a wine store on.... Cordova and Seymour... ish.. I think.

I've also seen people requesting specific wine at the BCL on 41st and Cambie. Not sure if that goes for all BCL's.

Make a few phone calls, and let us know! I'm curious about who can import specific wine as well.

You can do custom orders at all BC Liquor stores but you need to order a minimum quantity, otherwise like any Crown corporation, they will simply tell you to bugger off.

Marquis Wine, Liberty Wine Merchants, Mark Anthony, Kits Wine Cellar, Broadway international wine, or Dundarave wine cellars.

I think these guys do special wine purchases from the US, studentservices@ihmc.ca, they teach basic wine rating research and wine appreciation classes too.
