for GPS on these phones, do you guys buy an app or is it already installed in the phone? how accurate is the GPS? (for the galaxy 3 of course since the S4 isn't out yet)

I'm sick of my 2008 Magellin GPS for always trolling me on directions

Google map or Google navigation as stated above and is free! Google navigation never fail me yet and is pretty accurate, even shows traffic for you.

Google Maps. Plus I also bought CoPilot for times when I don't have data like when I'm travelling outside of Canada.

Bought it during a boxing day promo a couple years back. I think it was around $6 for USA and Canada.

I need something that "speaks" instead of having me to look at the screen, does Google navigation do this?

do you get free map updates too with purchase?

Google navigation does voice navigation as well. I believe you just have to turn it on and raise the media volume up.

It was around $20-30 back then. It was a few years ago. So far all my map updates and software updates have been free.

From what I recall...it automatically shows you the fastest way, also there should be settings to avoid highways, tolls, bridges, etc. I don't use it too often because my car has gps built in.

is Google Navigation pretty user friendly? I plan to change to S4 soon and wana get rid of my Magellin GPS cause its from 2008 and I don't wana spend $90 to update it
