Since it's $50 excluding drinks...

Hawksworth if you want to dress up and feel a bit glamourous. (Best if you plan on having the sexy time after)
Cioppino's if you want something rustic and romantic.
Fraiche for the beautiful view (the food is good too).

The above are a stretch for $50 so for a slightly less expensive experience I like La Buca or Pied a Terre. I also like Bistrot Bistro a lot but it's a rustic, COZY place so not romantic unless you like it when the owner is super-friendly and checks in on you during your meal and everyone sits a few feet from you.

OOO +1 to supafamous on pied a terre. AMAZING french food, intimate setting and really generous portions for the price you pay. Their duck breast is THE best. But I'd definitely make reservations..the resto only seats about..25-30(maybe even a little less) peeps and waits are always 1hr to 1.5 for walkins

Foie Gras for $20. SO GOOD

Mussels and chorizo

Duck a l'orange
