Sign that comes out of the sidewalk http://i47.tinypic.com/oedrm.jpg so this sign comes out of the parking spot a little too much. I scratched my car into it and dented it, should it be the private property's fault for having a sign not placed within the sidewalk? I was quoted about $250 to fixed. That's piss poor placement of the sign, but you can't drive into stationary objects and expect someone else to pay for the damage. |
