FR: secure gated underground parking in coal harbour

Underground gated secured parking stall for lease. Minimum 6 months term. Elevator access 24/7 with secured access via remote controlled gates. Full access during weekends as well. Melville and Burrard walkable to TD building, Canada place and more. Requires $75 for key fob deductible.

Looking for $179/mo. Compare with $200 / mo parking in immediately adjacent commercial parking facilities.

Does the bylaws allow non-residents/commercial tenants to rent the stalls?

yes they do allow. I sat down and talked to the building manager before last parking tenant moved in. If anything they had gripe if I don't give the driver a key fob such that he/she is going into the parking via the car gates. They say that's too much extra wear and tear when the gate is lifted for pedestrian access.

Miss Crayon thinking about a downtown parking spot to arrive in style? PM me :D

THanks for the info. This was more for the general public cause I don't want anyone to get in trouble as most buildings don't allow renting their spots out to the public.

And no, I have my own in YT.
