Compressor Fitting for Spark Plug Hole

Anyone know where I can find one? Similar to a leakdown tester but I just need the fitting/adaptor to thread into the spark plug hole and then attach to my compressor hose.

Neither Princess Auto nor Lordco carries it, apparently.

Thanks guys. My compression tester hose is too small to fit to the air compressor... Ended up picking one up at NAPA, $9.09
