the one that's good gives you a choice of tea leave so you add them yourself. i *think* it's top gun but don't quote me on it |
thats top gun, is only affordable if you get their VIP card (40% off). i thought po king got shut down? |
Po king is under Reno atm |
great... i will check those out.. Thanx |
been to po king once. one of those places that gets so busy they try to cram 6+ people into a 4 person table |
Dude, nothing wrong with that.. Haha Asian style... Try 10people at 6person table.. Haha |
went to po king one time and as we were walking to the door we see the owner running out the door with a bill.. apparently a group of LBs dined and dashed lulz |
I like Dai tung, not in Burnaby but its on Kingsway. http://chowtimes.com/wp-content/uplo...ai-Tung-11.jpg |
I agree with Dai tung, Golden Swan gets pricey, Cindy's palace is Bleh Golden Phoenix isn't bad |

Po King is a gigantic shithole. Only reason it is crowded is because it's the only one in that area. There was shrimp shell in my ha gau's. I've been there once by choice and 2 other times from family invites. All 3 times it sucked BAD. |

Any good decently priced dimsum? Don't feel like paying Kirin, Sea Harbor, or Grand Dynasty prices. |
you mean, in general? if you go eat around 9-11, most places in Richmond have 20% off dimsum. I usually go to the one on the 2nd level near Pearl Castle at the Continental mall or at Gingeri (more expensive, but less than kirin). The dim sum place next to London Drug on 3 road seems like a popular place, anyone tried it before? |
But for those who are just eating your tipical dim sum (siu mai, spring roll, chicken feet), they all come from the same place that pre-make and freeze it. it just depends how much oil/salt the dim sum places uses. |
