Reminder: If there is a problem in a thread, REPORT THE POST!

Just a heads up, recently there have been quite a few comments (mostly critical--which is good, we need to know how to make RS a bettar place) about moderating and threads and users and mods getting out of hand. Several times I have seen people reply in a thread saying "I hope a mod..."

If you feel that way, please, for the love of satan and all that is unholy, click the 'report post' button. If you're curious, it's the button that looks like this: http://www.revscene.net/styles/darkl...ons/report.gif. This will send an email to all the moderators of that section and will result in mods immediately seeing where the problem is. If there is a dispute between two or more members in a thread, or there is backstory behind what is going on in the thread, please include that information in the reported post section.

Consider this the moderator version of an APB. An AMB, if you will.

Questions or comments are welcome in this thread, and if you have issues with moderating--either mine or someone else's, I will reply to any and all PMs.

What's an APB, or rather AMB?

"All Points Bulletin". If you've ever seen an American cop show, that's what they do when there's someone who's super-wanted and everyone in the whole town/county/city has to keep an eye out for someone or something.
