I think you'll have to bite the bullet and rent a 15 passenger van from Budget, Enterprise, Thrifty or one of the other car rental businesses. That's what my dad did for his class 4 unrestricted road test, and he had to pay out of pocket.

What's the minimum size vehicle to do the test?

Budget has them, but they're $$$ because they're 24 hr rental minimum

Try to get one from uhaul .. much more expensive daily rate, but the hourly should save you some cash if you just need it for 2-3 hrs to do your exam
