and i said supposedly for a number of reasons one being that the newscaster mentioned it in an uncertain way so i wasn't sure if it was an actual request or if the newscaster just came up with a reason on the fly (as it seemed)

Please explain this to me. If someone says "Muslims are terrorists" people will respond with "you can't paint all Muslims bad because of a few extremists".

Yet when a few "extremists" within the US military do something wrong (and get court-martialed for it) then suddenly we can label the entire US as evil?

All I see is a lot of hypocrisy in this thread in regards to "labeling" a group based on what some of their members do.
