From 9:30-6, LOADING ONLY.
From 6pm-7am, PARKING (subject to the normal limits of all Vancouver streets - 4 hours I think?)

OP, you can park to the left of the sign after 6pm on Mon-Sat, on Sunday you can park there at anytime. You can NOT park to the right of the sign at anytime.
