Witnessed Silver Pathfinder towed and damaged by Busters Towing

Was walking along robson today when a silver Path Finder was being towed by busters towing. this happened at about 3:20pm on May 6th in front of the Canucks store, if you are the owner of this car and need a witness, let me know. He basically towed the rear tire of the car lifted it and started to drive away, when the car went above the sidewalk and the front right side hit the big black pole. From what I can see the front right is pretty damaged and the car was being towed crooked for quite awhile. (driver was probably scared)

Hopefully the owner gets to solve things out.

Would ICBC be able to do anything? If so you can phone in a report with what you saw so if the owners do try and file a claim there'll be something there on record.

Cell pics would have been a bonus, but ya, just call ICBC, post on Craigslist, maybe put a sign up where the incident happened (print page, tape it up) and then sit and relax as u've done everything u can

Phone ICBC and report the time, date, make, model and Licenses number of the vehicle. I'm sure ICBC will try to contact the owner and Busters

That's not true.

I've met a couple awesome, helpful tow truck drivers. In fact, my only bad experience with a tow truck driver ever was a Buster's one (I'd had my signal on for a minute, he wouldn't let me change lanes, I cut him off, according to him, so he got out of his truck, pounded on my window, and asked me to fight ).
