Telling from his interviews this hero is pretty erratic and kinda messed up in the head... it would be amusing to see what kind of outlandish things he say on the subject of politics and general views in life.

I didn't really like his tone.
When he asked him to ask if she needed an ambulance, he said it in a way as if it was a chore.
"Can you, (sigh), ask her if she needs an ambulance".
Well if she's been kidnapped for 10 years, maybe an ambulance would be helpful.
Also, when Ramsay says "well, she's been kidnapped, so put yourself in her shoes", he replies with "we'll send the police out,thanks" in an I-don't-give-a-fuck kind of tone.
Sounded like he wanted to say something else before, but held back and just wanted to end the call.
Maybe it's just me, but it definitely irked me.
And like the comments on the video, it does sort of suggest that the operator says "shut the..." after Ramsay says "There you go".
I guess I'm over analyzing.

Why so serious, bro? It's a happy day that the women were rescued by a stranger.
If a big corporation like McDonald's wants to exploit the situation, there's nothing to stop them from doing it.
Who are WE to judge McD's? Is it wrong to exploit a kidnapping situation and make light of it? You can argue that it is wrong to do that.
Will be there be exploitation by a company about this kidnapping and rescue situation? Possibly.
That was a hypothetical script for a McDonald's commercial. That is all.
If a McDonald's commercial did show Charles Ramsey acting the hero with a Big Mac in his hand, maybe there would be a backlash against the company.
Then again, maybe not.
If people didn't like this commercial, then guess what, they do not have to eat McDonald's fast food.

The fact that McDonald's already sent a tweet to shout out to Ramsey that they will be "in touch" with him is a sign of their PR department doing something to enhance McDonald's image and profitability.

No doubt it is a great moment that these girls and baby were rescued but I don't think you understand the gravity of the situation. Rape. Torture. Beatings to the point where 5 fetuses were aborted. Pedophilia.
IF McD's was to exploit the situation, damn right they should be judged.
