This looks good, asides from the off looking dragon. Hopefully they can make it more realistic by the time release rolls by.

Beorn!!! I was worried he was going to be cut from the movie like Tom Bombadil was from Lord of the Rings.

Oddly enough, I just watched The Hobbit earlier today. Nice to finally see a trailer for the next one.

I'm sure they'll tweak it before it's released. That said, I did notice a couple scenes in the first movie that had some rather subpar CGI (particularly the section where all the dwarfs fall down the side of the cliff while atop the bridge while in the Goblin city).

I was hoping to hear Smaug speak....

6/10 its just a giant trailer for the third film. Smaug Not a particularly great scene. Some shots seemed weird Blending the live action HD with the CGI is inconsistant. I would not bother making a big deal out of it. Watch it if you must.

Spoilers yo! wtf!!! you gave up one of the most important parts of the plotline.

errr first of all, the books been out for about 50 years, secondly, the Title has Smaug, so one who watches this movie would want to see Smaug for longer than the preview trailers...

I liked it better then the first one..

but pissed with the cliff hanger ending

They should have squeezed into 2 movies instead of 3... $$ hungry lol
