Check out Modern Powder Coatings in Surrey. 604-597-9811. Just got all my suspension components done for a little over $100.

If it's just for something simple I would try the places that do powdercoating for the guys that make residential railings. There's a place just off Douglas and Still Creek in Burnaby that did a small job for me and it turned out pretty well. If you want a colour other than white, brown or black, it would cost extra. They'll just wipe it down with degreaser and then powdercoat it, so you'll have to do the prep yourself.
